Washington state law requires a real estate broker, who refers a home inspector to a buyer or seller with whom the broker has a current or past relationship including, but not limited to, a business or familial relationship, fully disclose to the buyer or seller the nature of the relationship.

Day of Inspection: As your real estate broker, we will be there with you! At the end we'll go through the inspection findings and put a game plan together. If your inspector recommends additional inspections by a specialized contractor we will help coordinate and refer additional contractors.
